Conditions of participation

The Forum "Travailler Ensemble" is open to any company filling both conditions:

• Have a particular link with France. This link can be a French shareholder or at least a French director.
• Being physicaly based in China, and being capable of selling or buying locally.

What type of applicants are you ?

The participants in the Forum "Travailler Ensemble" are classified under three categories:

• MNCs which wish to benefit from skilled SMEs. One or several decision makers will meet the SMEs' representatives according to their own pre-defined meeting schedule. 
• SMEs which offer products or services to the other participants. Each SME will meet with 3 MNCs on average.
• Observers who wish to participate to the Forum and discover the dynamism of the French business community in China, without seeking commercial meetings can attend the lunch planned after the interviews.

The price of the Forum "Travailler Ensemble" were adjusted in order to make this event as affordable as possible:

Payment Terms

After your company is successfully preregistered to the Forum Travailler Ensemble, the Economic Section of the French Ambassy in Shanghai will issue a 180 € per company receipt before June, 7th. Please send it back filled and signed before June, 17th.
